What happens after you get in touch
We check the postcode against the run we are already on that week. If a heat pump is clearly the wrong job — listed building with nowhere to site a unit, or a house that needs fabric work first — we say so on the call. If it looks viable we book a heat loss survey at the property. We do not quote from floor area over the phone.
The survey is free and there is no obligation. After it you get a fixed quote with the Boiler Upgrade Scheme already deducted — standard £7,500, temporarily £9,000 for oil and LPG. We claim the grant with Ofgem; you do not create an account or wait for a payment. The applicant must own the property. If you rent, your landlord would need to apply — we can still survey and design the system with their permission.
