Privacy policy

GreenGlow Insulation Ltd (“we”) collects the details you type into the eligibility checker and contact form so we can call you about a heat pump survey and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. We do not sell your details to other installers or lead brokers.

What we collect

Name, phone, email, address, postcode, optional date of birth, whether you own the home, current heating type, whether an ECO4 grant has been claimed, and any message you send. Calls to 07305 154213 are ordinary phone calls.

How we use it

To confirm eligibility, book a survey, and follow up on a quote. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, then delete them unless they form part of a contract.

Who we share with

Hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. Ofgem, MCS and manufacturers only if you proceed to an installation. We do not run advertising pixels on this site that sell your behaviour.

Your rights
